      Well not played Dragon age yet, but this type of armorsets is featured by many RPG's so I think yes.

      I have to ask, why a script tho? wouldn't a perk suffice?

      Somehow you need to get the perks, spells and Abilities, and these are added via script.

      Basicly it's an example for modders, how to implement unique sets of armor garanting unique effects like these from the old Oblivion total conversion "Nehrim",
      the basic mechanik means to got e.g. the boots of the set, they give +2 health as enchantment, if you now find and equip the matching cuirass, the boots give you +4 health.
