I have the same issue despite having skse and hdt, so this is not the problem.
Never mined, i fixed it. But I did figure out the no hands if first person. The textures on the gloves and boots don't load if the dress is not rendered. Also, how about some textures inside the skirt?

Hello, dualsun, I have install your mod via NMM, but it have a problem, when I switch to 1st person, I can't see my hand... only when I dismiss my weapon, then It appear a while.... I don't do anything stupid... but I just can not see my hands like you in 1st person ... please help

Hello, I wanted to let you know that this mod has caused the most bizarre problem in my game. If I have it installed, the Magic Anomalies (from the Winterhold quest) turn invisible for some reason. I had to load my mods one by one to see what's causing that and it seems to be this.
Allways loved the seraphim outfit from the begining... but what really dissapoints me is that you can see through the inside of the skirt and a lot of other invisible texture issues like this...
