Same problem: I can milk one cow one time, and never again. Farmhouse does not have a working door. There is no sign of a quest. Cannot find enough honey in all of Whiterun to brew any mead, even with mods. And 15 drakes to buy a bottle of water...seriously? (although, be it said, that you can find in abundance, for free.) So, on balance...no offense, but does anything in this mod do what it says on the tin?
The location of the farm conflicts with another custom home I have installed. Is it possible to disable it somehow? Also I too am only able to milk a cow once and never again unless I remove, save, and reinstall the mod, at which point the problem repeats. I use this with iNeed and I love the wells and hope you'll add more of them.
Just as was said only been able to milk one cow (got 2 jugs of milk) but could'nt interact with any other, even after waiting a whole day. Still it's working fine with iNeed. Thought it was a conflict with More Village Animals, but doesn't work even with that mod deactivated. Don't have a clue what's going wrong. It's a pity because the mod is such a good and simple idea.
not sure if this is because of skyTest or one of my other mods but i haven't been able to interact with the cows after heavily modding my skyrim ill try to enable and disable my other mods to see what is causing it i am wondering however if it is possible to add compatibility with other mod added cows its such a great idea i really want to use it in my mod list for when i get back to streaming skyrim

However, great idea, I think it will get some attention here on the Nexus too. An animation for the milking would be great;-)
