Have you ever considered getting in touch with Locaster he makes great mods like "become Jarl of Ivarsted" and stuff like that. You've probably heard of him but he may be able to finish it off, I obviously don't know him but this mod looks like it has great potential its just in need of some small things that again like I said if he is able to he would be perfect for.
Finally, an empty city I can work with. It will take some time... a long time, working and being a dad takes time away from modding, but I'm going to take this challenge on. If you don't mind, I want to upgrade the castle as well, add mannequins and other stuff for displaying weapons and such. Possible add in rooms for followers and children. Does it have a stable?

Looks promising I keep an eye on this mod. I suggest team up with guy from become King of Skyrim as he gave up on his mod but he left many info how to make things work which can be super sueful for you
I would have done more but i tried to make a quest i got tho half a day then i stopped making the quest then i went onto game to see if the voiced actor i made worked and!! no it did not so i give up on doing that OMG!!! so long then boom failed i mean i was sure i did what the video told me what to do and it gets kind of boring doing so much then failing some of you must get that sometime or is it just me haha ?
Take some of the assets in this mod and move them to your own mod, its easy to do so yeah. You can also show this mod to G.E.M.S and they might improve it for you.
