And yes, if you already met Lydia prior to this fix, you're stuck with her using opposite gender animations because that information is written in your savegame.
I have already tried this using creation kit and it doesn't work with Housecarls. I also tried your mod and it didn't work either. I dropped your mod in the data folder and activated it, loaded the game and Lydia still looks butch. Nice try though.

Feminine Females is a mod that does this already.
can you make an animated fishing mod?
the one we have right now is not animated at all.
This might work for a new game, not a already begun one. I guess.
