Works very well, the light is great, except for one thing that I've found so far. If my char has the Face Light spell active, the light does not work--have to remove the spell and then it works.

I haven't used this mod in a while, but I just re-downloaded it to check the contents.  There are, in fact, 7 folders in this download I just did, one of them the fomod folder with the info.xml, moduleconfig and a folder of images.  The other folders are for different choices for the light coloring, etc.  If there are no folders in your download, then it sounds like a borked download, try downloading it again.

In regards to Skyrim SE, I'm about to try porting one of the ESP files now. Since the mod is an installer I'm not sure how to convert the whole thing. If you bought Skyrim on Steam you get a free copy of SE if you're inclined to port it.

Edit: Without using the CC, I dropped in one of the ESP files and the meshes folder and it works like a charm.

I'd like to know if there is a way to change the light color after initially choosing pure white? If so, can you point me to how to reset the light. The white is a tad to bright for my old eyes

You can simply reinstall the Mod and choose the light, you want to have.
In NMM you can rightclick on my mod and choose: Reinstall.

not sure if this is normal due to this mod, but after installing this mod the candlelight spell no longer works, and this ring doesn't work in black books that have shadow damage, like Filament and Filigree.

Can you make a left handed version of the ring please?

I already have an amulet and right handed ring that are boosting my stats now.

I can use one for the left hand though, so if you would make one?

Great mod. Better than travel lantern because of white light. With tl everything was unnatural yellow.
    Endorsed. Thank You

THANK YOU SO MUCH! THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!!! I have been trying out the wearable lanterns mod with climates of tamriel and could not STAND the glow effect around my character which oddly illuminated distant objects such as mountainsides and that wolf I would rather have been surprised by. Small as the effect was, it was enough to be immersion breaking and led me on a massive hunt to find a workaround. Now I can be 100% TERRIFIED at night/in dungeons! This is a lifesaver!

PS: I'd love to see a firehawkx gold/orange preset similar to actual torches but less bloom than bright gold edition. even better, an enchantment that can be applied to any item!

I wish that I could endorse this mod twice as it deserves 10x as many endorsements. Greta work.
