    In combat, NPCs will only use light when the distance to their target is 550 - 650, this will make long ranged archer/crossbow never use their lantern even when the target can't be seen (they still lose the ability to shoot and switch to melee)
    Change torch radius to 650 and lantern radius to 512
    Once a torch is equipped in battle, it will be used for at least 7.5 seconds, and 5 seconds for lantern.
    Change combat light distribution a little bit

    Q. Will serana and alva use torch ?

    No, eventhough both are nords (not vampirenord), they both have ActorTypeVampire in their keyword so they will be excluded.

    Q. Are guards excluded ?

    No, eventhough some guards already have torches in their inventories, they are not unique-NPC, so they are included.
