No? I've never heard of/played Radiata Stories, so no, this isn't based off of that. This is based off of the King Arthur legends, and Gawain happens to be my favorite Knight of the Round Table.
Well, like I said, you shouldn't have any problems with conflicting mods. As long as none of your mods change something crucial, it should be fine.
So saying, I can't predict how this mod will interact with other mods, but since this is just a mod that "adds something" based upon vanilla game content, it should be okay. Um, hair mods that replace the vanilla hair might wind up looking kinda strange, but unless you've got something that replaces one of the magical effects used in the enchantments or the perks and spells he uses, things should be fine.
