I think its a shame what Bethesda has done with the Skull of Corruption in Skyrim, the staff is known for summoning a corrupted copy of who ever the caster casts it on fighting on the casters side like it did in Daggerfall and Oblivion, and in Skyrim its a staff like any other basically. Someone should make a mod fixing this "mistake".

Lets say i dont want to Kill the Priest to get the Staff, can it be Forged or made through that Oblivion Pedestal under the Collage of Winterhold where you can Create a Staff
Indeed. As it is, this stronger version of a staff when boosted is still only about equal to a dualcast fireball. Its hard to think of such a thing as a legendary artifact.
For some reason this stops the staff from doing any damage for me. I'm not sure what it is conflicting with, I have no magic scaling mods. I have about 5 interface mods.

Plus, just look at the staff. It's totally Skeletor's staff. Skeletor wouldn't let a lowly priest get between him and his staff, lol.
