Since this is an old, pre DLC mod, and has Out of Order errors, I recommend using Clothing and Clutter Fixes by kryptopyr http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/43053/?
It lets one wear hoods and circlets together, and makes a lot of other intelligent changes to the game's non-armour/non-weapon equipment.
But then you get far more things than you may actually want. All I want is to wear circlets with hoods, and I really do not want an entire clothing overhaul. I gave Clothing and Clutter Fixes a try, and there is no way to specify what changes you want and what you don't want; it is all or nothing. For a mod that overhauls so much, I would expect some kind of FOMOD that let's me deselect certain things, or at least use the MCM to choose what I want and don't want.
clothing and clutter weapon and fixes complete crafting overhaul alchemy overhaul all those I really don't recommend, why ? because they modify EVERYTHING and by modify I mean override, making them incompatible with pretty much any armor, skill, perk, whatever you can think of and when they touch the shape of items (meshes and stuff) you are guaranteed to end up into CTDs because another mod will try to also change that item but will point to a wrong texture or whatever and boom CTD
the only fix I see for this would be to simply move the circlets into another slot category (not helmets)
I'm using that mod but i can't equip my circlet while using a shrouded armor.....if i remember correctly while merging, wrye mash disabled the ESP, but that's fine, it disables it becase us supposed is not necesary lol.
The arch-mages robes still conflict with this. I don't know if it is because of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch or what... but there is surely some way to override it so it you can wear both.
What I think he means is maybe nexus should create a second section, old mods not currently supported or being worked on use at own risk and a section of live currently supported mods.
It makes Aranea Ienith (the woman at the base of the Shrine of Azura) completely invisible for some strange reason (can only be fixed by not running this mod). Been using this mod for ages without any problem, then found this.
This mod overwrites any changes made to the daedric priest masks.
I have a mod (Requiem) which makes the masks more powerful and makes the 3 mage-oriented ones have no armor rating. If i put hoodsandcirclets.esp below Requiem it overwrites the changes to the masks (both the enchantments and armor rating) but if i put Requiem below then i cannot use circlets and hoods at the same time.
Any way around this? I know that this is the conflict because i checked with TES5EDIT.
like the mod, however tes5 does not! Additionally, I have found some items missing where TES5 indicates errors as avechaos post shows. Please consider cleaning

Is there a way to get Nexus to kill off these old dead mods?
