  1. Sticky
Hello, i wanted to do a quick sticky here. I wanted to let anyone know that currently has this mod, or is interested, that it is not abandoned, and it should work fine even for a somewhat out of date mod. I promise to get back to this sooner or later, and update it. It is my first house mod yes, and it hasn't been too successful here on Nexus! but eh' with millions of skyrim house mods thats to be expected.

    My future plans.

    1): Fix horse marker.
2): Make alternate high class furniture and middle class furniture versions.
3): Make a Hearthfire required only version. [i hope to do this, and add more custom toys and things in the house.]

I hope to get to this soon, and hopefully find the time, being this is my first mod though, im trying to focus on another mod and learning as much as possible about the CK and all that. I just need to commit myself, as custom homes are time consuming, and this house here for a first timer took about a week. I put alot of hard work into it, and still want to continue it and update it.

I also want to thank everyone who has downloaded this mod, and liked it, or is currently using it! I ask that you endorse at least if you liked it, and leave a comment please!

All solved. The cottage became available after I restarted the game. Ain't the best place for a kid to live but better than sleeping homeless, right? It looks warm and cozy... nice work!

Its really beautiful from what I see here, though I wont be trying it until my next mage(ish) playthrough! Theres so few simple family homes on the nexus, so thank you so much for making this! I especially love the kitchen! Happy you put the alchemy station in the kitchen too! I also wish there were more childrens beds, but I wont ask for that! I hope to learn to make mods like this someday and contribute to the collection of nice and simple family homes!

Oh I agree that most of your furniture shouldn't match up, it's just that if you have a reasonably small house outside of Winterhold, you're not likely to be able to afford well-crafted, high-end furniture like the nobles have. I do like it very much, it's just that when my wife and kids and I have our humble little home, the noble furniture seems somewhat out of place.

Anytime. I'm still using your home in my game, I just edited it a little in the CK, replacing some of the furniture for some more rustic ones.

Hey. Nice mod, but one of the problems is, the furniture is an uncomfortable mix of upper, noble, and farm furniture. It's not really consistent. The placement of a few things is a little awkward too, like the enchanting table in the bedroom. Also, where is it located?

Well, it's suppose to be a real home feel, not all your furniture matches in real life, though i understand your points. As for where it is located, on the edge of Winterhold, the marker will appear on your map in game. Though you can't fast travel to it. As for the enchanting table. Yes i agree it is awkwardly placed, however i feel everything else in the house is fine O.o
