BLADE WILL FOLLOW YOU IF: YOU ARE A FULLY ESTABLISHED MEMBER OF THE DAWNGUARD (hired the new members). If he still doesn't follow you after that, there's not much I can do, seems like the scripts are not firing off for some reason.

You really deserve more credit as a mod author. This is currently my favorite house mod anywhere, particularly for the use of static items in the home. After nearly three years of scouring the nexus for a talented mod author who consistently made great player homes, I have finally found you and several wonderful mods. Very well done. Keep up the great work.
this mod broke my game. As soon as i activated it The game started to lag to a point where it became unplayable. Somehow, even after uninstalling it, my game is still Lagging horribly. I dont know what to do.
That sounds extremely strange, as this mod changes nothing in the game that has anything to do with performance. Are you sure you didn't install or change anything else in your game?
Alright, loving the home everything is working great except that Blade will not talk to me. I'm in the Dawnguard (I just finished the quest where you refuse to become a vampire), and I made sure I have no other animal followers with the console commands. Any help would be much appreciated.
Great house mod as always, my favourite at the moment. But why isn't the enchatment on the Dagger ( Silver Stabber ) working ? It says it has no charge, but there is no way to charge it :-/ I know i can propably do it myself in the creation kit, but my modding skills are way below average :-(
Okay, open up the esp in the creation kit, find the weapon in the object window, open the item list, click on weapons, click the name column (makes it easier to find the dagger). Now you double click on said weapon and a dialogue window will open up, on the window you click on the enchant drop down, pick your enchantment click ok, save and you should be good to go.
Afterwards you might want to run it through TESVedit to make sure that everything is in order and that you don't have any UDR's (undeleted references) But that shouldn't be a problem since you're won't be moving things around or adding items in the render window
I'm currently searching for the key. I'd found it in a previous playthrough, but one of the other mods I've installed since then may have "cleaned up" the corpse I'm looking for.
Regarding what appear to be the retextured High Hrothgar chairs I see in the images: where exactly are those textures from? A modder's resource, your own work, vanilla, textures you've borrowed with permission, etc.
I intend to get into some modding soon (whenever that'll be...) and I think that knowing where to find good textures would be rather useful.
The fabrics are from InsanitySorrow's divider resource which you can find in the TESAllience site. The wood is from Langley's texture workshop, like the rest of the textures on the house. I also listed two other Nexus members who have amazing texture resources on here, MrDave and osmodius.

Awesome, thanks! I've taken a quick look at your tutorial as an introduction of sorts, but I'll ensure that I'll read it thoroughly once I get into the thick of modding. From what I've noticed, I think it'll be very useful for me.

New members are Sorine and Gunmar.
That means the next quest ya dingus.

Anyhow good luck
It seems a guy can't go wrong when choosing any of your house mods.
As always five stars work.
At the level of Vellamo or Moonwatch. For me Canal home still takes the crown, but this one is also very cool.
Anyone have any thoughts?

If you want to know how exactly I did the texture swap, you can check out my small interior decoration tutorial.
