It looks like you want the player to run into her during the quests "Before the Storm" and " Dragon Rising". I have suggestions for her story, if you're open to them.

    Personal quest
She is a nord from the Bruma Fighters Guild. She was contracted to kill a werewolf that had moved into the Jerall Mountains, but it escaped. She was rewarded for scaring it off, as it was no longer a problem for the Bruma citizens, but she wasn't satisfied with this, so she went rogue and left for Skyrim to find it. She followed its trail to Whiterun, and the cold shoulder from the locals when she mentions the nature of her target gives her reason to suspect that they might be hiding something, and that she'll learn more if she can just get into Whiterun.

When the player is asked to rent the attic room at the Sleeping Giant, she tells the player that it's clear that Delphine would rather speak to you alone and opts to mill about around town while you talk to her. When you leave the Sleeping Giant, she approaches you and explains that she's heard rumors of howling and a hulking beast haunting the Rift at night, and this begins her personal quest to visit Riften and investigate these rumors of a werewolf moving into the hold.

The player helps her track down and kill the werewolf(boss), and she decides to remain and help the player figure out why the dragons have returned to Skyrim. Or to help fight the vampire menace(Dawnguard). Or visit Solstheim to investigate the dragon cult. These are dialogue choices provided to the player that check for DLC and whether or not the quest is completed. If they all are, she will express a newfound love for nord country and adventuring, and wishes to remain in Skryim.

    Joining
The player encounters her outside the city gates in "Before the Storm", and she becomes mildly irritated that the player is allowed exception in when she isn't(official business only). No changes once the player returns from Bleak Falls Barrow, but she becomes interested when several guards(and Irileth) exit on their way to the Western Watchtower. You say you're going to go confront the dragon terrorizing the hold, and she immediately wants in, believing that killing it will allow people to enter or leave the city as they please, or her at the very least for her help in the matter. This is not the official joining.

She suspects that the Greybeards' shouting(which she is unfamiliar with) is something the player may find out on their own, and suggests that the player visit her at the in if they ever find out(and they do, of course). She follows the player through the Whiterun gates and disappears, and won't reappear until the player is done talking to Balgruuf. When the player visits her later in the Bannered Mare, they find her frustrated over the apparent escape of her quarry during their investigation and fight with the dragon Mirmulnir - as well as the overwhelming lack of cooperation from the townsfolk(read in-game "Lycanthropic Legends of Skyrim" for more information). She expresses interest in the player's newfound power, and offers to travel with them to High Hrothgar, hopeful that she may stumble upon the werewolf she hunts.

    Romance
While in Riften, the player can visit the temple of Mara with Tina and, upon hearing about the use of Amulets of Mara in Skyrim's "courtship" custom, the player may choose to put it on at some point. After a while, she will ask about it. The player can choose to be coy, explain that wearing it imparts Mara's blessing(lore answer for "because Restoration bonus" or actually say that they have someone in mind, which begins their rapport, or flirting. After a while, she will start wearing one too(um...she found it?), as a joke at first. At this point, you can let her down easy. If you continue to flirt or otherwise express interest, she will eventually demand that both she and the player "take the damned things off already", and confess her feelings. This last dialogue will occur only if she and the player are both wearing the amulets at the time(after the first mention of it, they don't have to keep wearing the amulets until then). Marriage/relationship follows.

    Vampire or werewolf
She does not have a problem with characters who are, but she will refuse to be one herself. Law of averages assumes that she will find or procure a cure disease potion if she is ever infected(and thus we'll just skip over this and say she's immune to werewolf infection, added by Moonlight Tales). Werewolf curse can't be inflicted subtly, but Better Vampires provides a way for vampire players to infect NPCs at will. Once she is flagged as vampire race, she will complain how ridiculously bright the sun is if she is ever outside in the sunlight. Her discovery will trigger five hours later when she tries to eat and realizes she can't keep food down. She will then blame you and leave your company. Later, in about a week's time, you will find her cured and drinking in the Moorside Inn, where she will refuse to speak to you. If she is turned again, she will disappear from Morthal and become a hostile encounter. She will disappear in each encounter if the player chooses to run and hide and manages to put enough distance between themselves and her. One game week later, the player will find a pile of ash on the road near the next city they visit/leave, with a note that says "You killed me twice already. I never wanted to live like this. Third time's the charm, you bastard." Or something equally dramatic.

I would recomend using the SIlver Knight Armour thats currently on the front page, it comes in a reskin for the plate armour or as a standalone set.
    http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51798/?
The textures also come in 1k-4k textures so depending on your Pc you can choose.

Not supposed to show other mods in the screenshots, though. X3
I actually have her wearing that right now. My char is wearing something called the Knight of Thorns armor. I'm not sure where it's from, but it looks badass.

Very Good companion, and visually well done too! You said you repackaged this, but it still has the loose files in the Tina folder. Can you set it up properly, as a lot of people are not going to want to put loose files in? Thanks for your contribution!

What body is Tina using? I use CBBE so I would need to know if she's compatible with that. Thanks.

The body you see in th screenshots is UNPB. I prefer it because cup sizes are not so ridiculous. But she's not directly based off that mod, so she SHOULD convert. I think. Hell, I don't know, I'm new to this.

CBBE's cup sizes aren't ridiculous but one can edit the factor that affects the cup size during mod creation via the Weight setting in the CK. One can also use the console command "setnpcweight xx" with xx being the desired weight value (10-100), though you may end up with a neck seam afterwards & is a well-known bug/issue that was never fixed by Bethesda. There's a neck seam no matter what, especially if one uses body mods other than vanilla, which are boring/lack any detail/variety. There are mods out that reduce the appearance of neck seams but won't totally eliminate the issue, however. CBBE comes with a mesh/texture blender that reduces said neck seam but it isn't perfect. Hope this helps. Peace.

You can do loads of cool stuff with console commands... This is why PC is superior to PS3 or XBOX.

The "user" photos I submitted were with Sevenbase body (the photos with Nordic and steel armor) and bella's beautiful faces mod (non make-up version i believe). All I had to do was use Creation kit to fix the dark face issue. It's easy, you just go to File-Data-"Select tina's esp" hit OK then "yes to all" and once you locate her in the npc list just click on her name once and hit Ctrl + F4 and Yes/Ok. Once the "done" window pops up, just SAVE and then close CK kit. Ta-Da !! her dark face is gone and skin now matches.

Well, you should no longer need to do that. I fixed the files. (yay! ^-^) Latest version also has better file organization.

Ok, this seems like it has potential but you really need to organize the zip properly. I suppose you want the esp file in data, and the other files I would put in their own directories named tina or include them in a bsa file. I'm not going to put loose nif, tga and dds files in my data directory. Here's a tutorial:

Vell, Demon Ish new to this whole "Mod making" buisness. XP
I think this might not even be a problem with the mod itself, because I see this happen to vanilla skyrim NPCs on occation, as well. But I'll see if it's something to do with the mod itself (#I'mtotallycluelessLOL) and see if I can't fix it. You might get a version 0.2 by late tonight, at least.

To fix the "black face" bug, upload Tina Snowfall.esp to the Creation Kit via checking the box next to her file. Make sure to click "Set As Active File" & then click the OK button. It will take time for the CK to sift through the innards of Tina's file. If any errors pop up, click "Disable & Ignore All Warnings for this Context" & click OK. Once finished, type Tina Snowfall in the search box or scroll down to find her in the list of characters in the CK within your game & highlight it via a left-click of the mouse. Press CTL + F4 & click OK when asked, "Are you sure you wish to export face-gen data for selected NPCs?" It shouldn't take too long before the word "Done!" appears at the bottom of the CK screen. Save the changes & exit the CK. The above procedure should fix said issue with the black face bug. For further assistance with this issue, you could try YouTube for videos on how to fix it or go to the Creation Kit Wiki for detailed instructions on how to fix it as well. Hope this helps. Peace.

I'd have thought a "very defensive" character would wear armour, entire concept is flawed due to the fact that she's wearing a strip across her nipples... and nothing else.

You should try Hothtrooper's Immersive Armors V7 for some cool lore-friendly alternative armors that aren't so boring, if that's an issue for you Demonbane775. That mod has over 1 million downloads/endorsements & should be a testament as to just how great of a mod it is. I use it & IA V7 has some very cool variants of existing armors as well as many new ones too, all lore-friendly. Peace.
