Great mod! As simple a home as you could want. Its great to roleplay the sort of place that has just been left unattended so you can come along and take possession without feeling like you were just handed a mansion for nothing!
If you dont mind suggestions, the chests placed over the stair cavity seem like a really odd place and arent easy to access. Could they be fairly easily just shifted to a wall so you can approach them more naturally? The smithing chest could also occupy that bare wall spot to the right of the workbench, rather than be tucked behind the stairs.
Thanks for pointing that out, I'll have to fix it. Little things like that bug me and I don't know how I missed it, sorry.
Storage should be safe: the container is set to not respawn and the location/zone is marked as a player home and set to never reset, and I haven't experienced any issues nor had any complaints.
It's a great little house except for the smoke from the smelter in the basement coming up through the floor next to the bed. Liable to get carbon monoxide poisoning lol. I would move the smelter outdoors Other than that, I like it. Nice work.
Have tried MANY homes over my 4 years in SKyrim...this one is a cake topper! I could just log in and sit on the point of rock jutting out N.E. of the beehive for hours listening to the ambiance! WIll load stuff in it and try it that way but so far this is the loveliest and most serene home I have experienced in the game. I could live in a place like this in real life and never wanna leave the property...well thought out
My friend, I don't need, nor like fancy. I need and like practical and functional. I'm a simple, self sufficient, sneak. All I need is a place to sleep, store and craft. This is perfect!! Thank you!! I completely agree with TheModMaster100

Thanks again.
also, one small defect noticed, the door (from the outside atleast, has a gap between it and the frame/side/wall. it's not huge, but is noticable.
