First off. Read the TOS. If you do not like it then move on. At this point in time I will consider anymore comments about the name to be trolling and report it for that reason. I have deleted the old comments because I do not want to see the discussion.
Second The only mod you have a right to say what it should be named as is your own. If you do not like what I chose for a name then get a 3d modeling program and make your own and name it however your little heart desires.
Third, the symbol on the necklace and what it means has nothing at all to do with the name of the necklace or the mod. Yes it is the Imperial symbol and yes the Akavari symbol for the Dragonborn is not the same symbol. I know and do not give a shit. The mod was made because someone in the forums wanted a necklace with that symbol on it. I chose to be a nice guy and did it for him. Thus I made the necklace for the Dragonborn. That was part 1 of why I named it this. Part 2 as to why I named it this is because Bethesda made the game the story of the Dragonborn and used the symbol on the book and on the box art. Thus made for a Dragonborn and Bethesda choice on using it for the symbol for the story of the Dragonborn combined is why I named it thus.
If you cannot fathom that or handle it take that up with Bethesda for using the wrong suymbol or complain about this mod in the forums. I do not want to see it here and I will not tolerate trolls commenting on it here. Done end of discussion on why I chose to name the mod.
Now with that out of the way and hopefully I wont have to hit the report button and get people banned, I hope you all enjoy the necklace.
Thank you for that one! In the game it looks like it was always there, great work. I only looked arround and found this one and I was only look at the pictures, I never look about names, some people named their mods and I only think "Okay ... who cares, it works!" and be greatful ^^
First off, thank you for making and sharing this. I'm a beginner modder and will use it on my first mod with credit to you. As a beginner, I have done a ton of research about modding and modeling in 3ds max. One thing I have noticed is that many Skyrim models, including yours, are comprised of a multitude of elements or pieces. When I first learned Max, it was pretty standard to make the model out of as few pieces as possible. What is the reason why Skyrim models are so segmented? If I had to guess, I'd say the texturing work flow could be responsible? Again, thank you.
You mean the Akavari symbol? If I do a necklace mod like I did Simply Circlets I may consider it. If I do that I can add it here as a single necklace download as well.
