Though stated in the file description and the readme I'll say here: The esp needs to as close to the end of your load order as possible, preferrably last. Any bug report will be taken seriously IF you have followed that instruction.
Aurielius is free to add these to the Files area of this mod as-is, or do whatever else with them (e.g. integrate them into a patches pack with a new ReadMe, etc.). I wouldn't mind a credit though. :-) And obviously these patches are only good for the current version. However, none of the relevant mods seem to be in active development, so I doubt anything will change.
Thanks for this, it enables me to bypass an annoying bug where my game crashes when I exit certain interiors to the open world like a few Dwarven ruins or my house in Whiterun. Thanks again
