I think you should make a different mod where it's just all steam and no fire and engulfs the entire place of skyrim and eventually you can do liek a quest for it and it's liek a lever or something instead of a spell and pretty much everyone dies and you have to be prompted to respawn or something to look at with, with all the devastation. And it's liek everything is dead including your ded body and you just kinda have a frozen skyrim save with a physics and other things intact, discluding waiting and sleeping and inventory and you can just think about what you've done ... so instead of pulling a lever maybe you could have it so that you just have to ... actually there should be multiple ways of achieving it. And you can liek collaborate with the guy who made the achieve that mod so that you actually know what you did to trigger it.
not entirely should what you are suggesting, but i know that killing everyone is skyrim would not be possible by this mod, even if i made it bigger, not everyone is loaded, just the ones in the area you are in, if you were in a city, no other npcs in the game would be loaded and so you could not kill them, im no expert modder, so idk how i could set all NPCs as dead, this is simply a copy of the fireball spell, with an increase area of effect, increased damage and different name, like i said, im no expert modder, sry im not able to make your idea come to life(so to speak), i know how that is, pretty much why i got into modding skyrim, i had alot of ideas that i could not get out of my head and no one had done them yet, so i tried and some failed, but some worked.
sry, i dont know why nexus did not show me this comment before, but it was not even here a month ago, anyways, if its not where the image shows, then the mod is being conflicted some how, might be another mod

It looks like an awesome mod but my plugins.txt shows the game is loading the mod but the nukem tome isnt at the location is their a cheat i can use to spawn it because it isn't at Riverwood
I think it would not matter if the same spot is changed when its in a world space but check out the place anyway, should be 3rd pic on this mod page, if not then type in console, "Help nuke 4", or "Help Nukem 4", or maybe its "Help Boom Tome 4" i can't remember, this was a silly upload, i hope this information helps.
