An Indian elephant fort you could make as a possible enemy and for guard's as well using and modifying the AI template from the mounted Reikling, http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/bb/Schlacht_bei_Zama_Gem%C3%A4lde_H_P_Motte.jpg Also I second adding it as a standalone, remember Hannibal led his elephant's over the alps and they were snow bound so there is no reason this could not be a addition for the non tropical skyrim as well, Though please make the Tusk's longer and curved pointy as when you see modern elephant's with short tusk's this is because the game warden's cut them off to protect the elephant from poachers and in india they cut them off to keep the elephant more docile. Any plans for down the line of making a non-replacer version that could add them to traveling Redguard bands? Just curious, but it would be awesome if the Redguards had elephants or camels.

This is a replacer mod to turn mammoths into elephants. I use GendunDrup's replacer because it works well in Tropical Skyrim.
