Went to Silent Moons & Halted Stream. ALL bandits, except one, in both locations, had gold septims on them, in many cases as well as gold, silver and/or bronze coins. Chests in both places also had Gold Septims as well as Coins of all types. These were just ordinary bandits, apart from bandit chief at Halted Steam. Update: same thing at Faldar's Tooth, so I guess it's widespread. Forsworn now have no coins at all (other than Briarheart who had a handful of gold septims) - assume this is deliberate. You'll need to amend description re merchants - blacksmiths sell Misc, but won't buy coins.
Version 1.0 Alpha I went to Lost Echo Cave in the northwest. Battled a lot of different Falmer creatures there and ALL of them carried Gold Septims as well as all 3 kinds of coins. The chests there also had Gold Septims in them. Hope this report helps!
UPDATE: It seems to be the same problem everywhere I go. Almost all enemies drop Gold Septims. I investigated a tomb filled with Draugrs and they almost didn't drop a single coin, only Septims.
I realize these are some bugs and its not easy to just you know delete the gold coin as then you wouldn't be able to buy anything. As a single modder this is a really hard mod to debug. I would love it if any of you are good at modding should join my mod team. I would sure get more done with this mod if I had a mod team. This mod may seem simple but for one modder that is still in high school its quite a big project.
