Tried to use this mod but something about it makes my Cerwiden mod unusable ie can't get Ceri to follow me...disabling this mod solves the problem. Had the same problem with the Mirai mod and disabling her allowed Ceri to work.
Most probably is another thing as Maia uses the vanilla follower system and no scripts. Do you use UFO ? It's been reported issues with Ceri and UFO. Also you might try to change load order. Still I'll make some tests with Ceri and Mirai.
Edit: Ceri also uses vanilla follower system so in order to get Maia and Ceri you need to install a multiple follower system like UFO, AFT or EFF. It works well here.
She uses the assets of the Lunari Race, so depends on your selection if it's cbbe or unp. Personally I used to patch the Lunari Race with 7Base but now I use a custom unpb made by me with Bodyslide for unp.
I have a small problem with this mod, every time I have tried it, Maia skin is glowing like a neon color, very bright. No skin colors. I have loaded all the required mods. I do know what package to load for the following mods: Race Compatibility: I have enable(ticked) 10 Vanilla and 11 Vanilla USKP Lunari Race: 10 Normal Esp and 11 Lunari Diminished I am not very sure what to enable really.
I do have the following installed: UFO-Dawnguard AddOn UFO-Ultimate follower (great mod by the way)
I use Wrye Smash to install all my mods. It works so well.
Sorry for the delay. Those are the only mods you have installed ? Do you have enb or some graphics enhancements ?. The difference between normal and diminished is that diminished gives less powers to the race, so no problem there. It is strange as the mod uses the lunari race assets. If you create a character with lunari race has the same problem or it's ok ? Remember that Maia is a vampire and does not use skin colors, they are "dead white".
somehow when I installed maia , the mod makes the entrance to the sleeping giant inn be displayed as Posada El Gigante Dormido, can you fix that back to English?

I do not understand what you mean. Do you have problems with this follower using UFO ?. Do other followers work well ? This follower uses vanilla framework, no scripts so it should not have any problemas. This follower requires Dawnguard, Do you have UFO for Dawnguard ?
Sounds fun. But not sure if I want to install the Lunari race. Any chance of a version not defendant on that?
I like the abilities you gave her. Seems interesting and a bit unique.
A Daedric bow seems OP for level 6, especially if the PC can take it.
Another thought us that followers that require a (short) quest or gold to hire are a bit more immersive. (Unless the PC is already a powerful vampire?). Just a personal preference, not really a criticism.
I can do a standalone version but that depends on if lunari race authors give me permission to use their assets in my mod. With Ningheim I could'nt. Also I can upload a diminished version with less stuff but she barely uses the bow and does not affect much in general her behaviour and to take the bow or not is up to you, same as getting one by commands. With quests I have to experiment as I don't really know how to do them yet. It would be interesting an I like the idea. Also with a quest I can pace the acquisition of leveled stuff for her. Will look into it.
Still, if you do not want to install additional races I have another follower nord race and not a vampire but with the same behaviour as this one. Only I have to add a couple of things so it won't require Dawnguard.
