I firstly would like to say I LOVE your mod. I used Ugly back in my 2016 playthrough and he worked perfectly. On a whim I decided to use him again as I decided to return to skyrim. However I can not get him to respond to me at all. he is there in Windhelm right where he is supposed to be but he will not speak or follow me. I looked through this comment section and tried googling for a fix and have come up short. I downloaded pets of skyrim and am using NFF follower mod, do you know if that could be the cause of the issue? Thanks for any help you could give troubleshooting and I already endorsed you a few years ago lol.
~Edit... Nevermind, apparently the mod "pets of skyrim" spawned a cat that looks just like him in the same place, ugly happened to walk by me when I was trying to get the other cat to activate XD
Even though I'm a bit of a realism freak and cats in RL do not talk, this mod is a must have for me. I love that cat to bits. He's awesome. And, by the way, no. I do not think he's ugly at all. He's a survivor, well versed in life and it's hardship and he has the scars to prove it. But it doesn't make him ugly. It gives him character. He looks awesome.
Would there be any way to have him not talk? Someone else telling his story or some magic object/potion whatever allowing you to temporarily understand and reply to him?
As I said, talking or not, this mod is a must have for me ^^
I had an ugly cat once, He was the runt of a litter of 7 and I helped save his life, very small he had trouble finding a teat, had to milk him for about a month. He grew up well and happy then he just disappeared the day FO4 came out Haven't seen him since.
I have a dog with the same story, except we got him from the shelter. he is now 10 years old and a German shepherd/lab mix. He loves people and cats and just wants to be loved. So if this cat was in my neighborhood I'd take him home and take care of him (even though my dad is deathly allergic). You are a good person and I hope you can teach others about the true beauty of an animal and person. It is personality not appearance, it is love not looks.
oh my lord i cant stop crying and im only eleven have a soft spot for all animals (expet mosquitos) little bastards but i cried for five minutes before stopping i could not imagine why those mean hatful people would do such things to a harmless little hurt helpless cat i just want to go to all the people who hurt him do what the did to him to THEM! let see how they like to be ugly and hurt all alone in this cruel world i just cant belive who would do such a thing their hearts are full of hatered twoards animals i hate those people who do things like that he just wanted some love GODAMMIT! love hurt animals no matter what take them to a vet or something just help them out because we have it so well sitting on a computer while ugly iS eating garbage all alone and having people hurl things at him he deserves one single CHANCE you would want one to if you were ugly the cat GODBLESS UGLY THE CAT AND REST IN PEACE WE ALL FEEL BAD FOR YOU AND ALL CARE FOR YOU ENJOY YOUR NEW LIFE UGLY WE LOVE YOU!
I cried and I cried and made my fiance cry when I showed him this mod, downloaded it and Ugly is no where to be found =( Please help, he'll never be in the cold again...
