No, you do it without the mod. The room is in the game without this mod. This mod merely makes a door to enter it. The console command mentioned above works without any mods.
Yes however much like this dunce I absolutely cannot be fucked dealing with console commands only to be sent to an extremely mediocre cheat room that will forever pale in comparison to modded cheat rooms... Which apparently only exist on fucking console!
or you can just use Casmoke, to get to the item room, resetinventory on the chests you loot to gain more of the item or weapon/armor you want and then COC Riverwood or Whiterun to get out. simple as simple can be. you don't need a mod for this.
I like the idea. coc qasmoke is cool but the first time I used it I didn't know how to leave. I felt traped.. lol
If you could brake down the items into a few different chest that would be awesome.
Chest that take a wile to load and function. Like the special weapons chest. Thats one thing I hate about qasmoke, I feel Im there forever getting a few things.

you can use the coc command again to leave at any time, all locations in the game's location name is identical to the location, for example coc riverwood takes you to riverwood, for locations that are inside a city such as whiterun, you add origin directly after the city name and you will be teleported inside that city, if the exact location name and origin dont work add "exterior" at the end instead of origin, if that doesnt work change it to "exterior01" as it may have multiple exterior locations. there's a list of locations you can find on the internet that tells you the exact location name so coc is a very easy to learn and useful command
if you open the console in-game and type in "coc qasmoke" it will teleport you to the admins item room, a much more compact version of this mod that includes everything including all crafting/enhancing stations, you don't really need a mod to add something that's already in the game
