Constructive Criticism: There is a lot that needs to be done for this to be a worth-while download.
1. Separate the chest items based on type: ----- Either by race smithing: Dwarven Chest, Ebony Chest, Daedric Chest, etc ... ----- Or by weapon type: Bow, Axe 1-handed, Axe 2-handed, etc ...
This will eliminate a few things: the INCREDIBLE 30 second lag time (I'm running an 8 core with a 4GB GFX card and 16 GB of RAM, Skyrim on Ultra with an SSD, keep that in mind) when opening a chest that says "ALL ENCHANTED WEAPONS" and second, when trying to take something out of the chests. You're talking a minute just to open and retrieve something. The division will spread out the lag-time for reading individual objects.
2. Why put Ore and Ingots in the same room? It's a bit redundant and ridiculous, because then you have to go Smelt the ore for nothing, but ingots. And by nothing, I mean there's no smithing points or levels obtained by completing this action, so it's just a waste of time. ----- Dump the Ore and Mark each Ingot as a stack of 99. That's far more worth the room download.
3. This isn't a "God Room" when there's nothing besides a ton of single-items overwhelming, lagarific chests and any sort of table you need in the game for Enchanting, Smithing, and things of this nature. There's no Leather, for a tanning rack? Unless you want to go searching in the All Items Chest for five minutes of hellish lag for 1 strip of leather...
Overall, I like the concept.
I like that it's in Whiterun and easily accessible early on. That's pretty cool. I like that it's a re-purposed house as well.
The issues are glaring though, which ultimately means that this should have been a "House Mod" and you should work on the decorations, a bed, and working provisions from this aspect with a bit of everything. Also, make a Legendary type of each weapon. You don't have to reskin a Dwarven hammer, but making Mjolnir with legit lightning or chain lighting would be awesome. Might need some mod-help on that.
All the books in the game x99. Things of this nature that need to be accessible, but allow you to actually call this a God Room would be far more respectable creation.

This is more like ... a demi-god room.
