Such a great mod, even 10 years after release. Shame we don't have the Revamp edition on LE (yet?)
Running with 300+ mods and this mod works perfectly as intended. If something is not working out, maybe this can help:
• Check your load order! Don't put two mods that modify the same place, it will go wrong. • This mod doesn't require anything but Heartfire DLC. If something is missing, probably fault of another mod. • Read the description! The author explains how the mod works.
TLDR: Buy property at Drunken Huntsman (6k+ gold), interact with boxes at the local to initiate, interact with workbench to construct things (check the materials required), hire farmers/guards/brewers (they will add the missing furniture in the house), enjoy.
December 2023; Just spent several hours testing this mod with a beefy load order. It still works just fine. Some of y'all need to fix your load orders and uninstall some of those script-heavy mods that have been bloating your saves for over a decade, and actually read the descriptions, because this mod isn't broken.
If you guys are gonna use this Mod, together with ANY "Populated Cities" mod, PLEASE don't put it above the "Populated Cities" mod. Just put "Heljarhen Farm" below them ..... ....And when i say "Populated" i am not talking about mod like "Bijin's" ....or Pandorable's" they are just fine. I just mean these "generic npcs" that fill up the "emptiness" of skyrim so to speak..

I am encountering a weird bug. When I open the door to the office and enter it, the entire room is incredibly narrow and the door disappears. There's another door by the meadery, but is almost inaccessible to a wall covering half of the space. It's very bizarre, and the office was fine before I added a meadery and other additions
Seriously, immedietly afer install this mod my game went crazy...I'm not nearly Heljarchen and somehow non stop i get CTD. I checked everything in Tes5dit looking for errors, I looked for conflict with other mods (btw I dont have they that many). Nothing found. After uninstall this mod, game works beautiful
By devines! But why you looiking for this mechant in Dragon reach ? Its says that merchant ( home seller ) is in Drunken Hunters in Whiteru. This is the building next to Blacksmith when you walk in to Whiterun
Love the mod. Endorsed the mod. Using it in Skyrim LE and Skyrim SE - yeah, I play both because some of my favorite mods in LE have no comparison in SE. Have had absolutely no issues, probably because I did not clean the 13 ITMs with TESVedit - it IS NOT always a good idea to do that.
One thing does puzzle me though, I can milk the cows in the SE version but not the LE version. Anyone have any thoughts on that?

I was looking at this problem myself, as I saw it was potentially a problem for Windstad Mine Mod.
