Ok so the spell is called Beam Of Magnus its a destruction spell, does health absorb and fire damage. I dont know the specific amount of damage cause it scales with destruction damage so if your an OP destruction mage it should do decent damage. As the spell suggests its a beam so its a concentrated spell as long as u hold the button it will fire. Has a really long range i was able to fire it more then half way the length of Whiterun LOL Looks cool like the chain lightning spell in the form of a beam its also fast i drained bosses on legendary in seconds. Dont know the mana cost cause i have enchantments that make my destruction spells cost nothing sorry but i can guess since its a beam spell that it probably doesnt cost that much. Good enough description for u all? LOL Oh an there is no spell book you'll have to use the player.addspell console command to get it.
