The Crura Rigent sometimes can make your character be stuck at 50% slower speed; even when you use a cure disease potion or go to a shrine, the effect still persists...

    nice overhaul for vanilla diseses,
    but ive still 1 question.
if im playing ultra-realistic skyrim where theres like, x4 to x10 damage multiplier (not certain about x10 tho) and im gonna suffer 2 damage per second for instance, am i gonna die from sleeping somewhat 10 hours? is there a health threshold where dps stops like 20% health?

Here's an idea: is it possible for you to make dps a hp% dependent? so it takes maximal effect at 100% hp, and completely stops somewhere around 20% ?
    Thank you

I don't think it'll let you sleep while taking health damage from the disease - you certainly can't wait or fast travel. Basically, if you get a disease and don't have any cure disease potions, your only real options are to run to the nearest settlement and buy a potion, or find a shrine to pray at.

Hi, i just have discovered your mod and i'm quite enthusiast of it. But might i ask if the next "issue" occurs at me only, or at you too ? The issue is that i once got a bad luck of getting three diseases in a fight with a wolf pack and a bear. I thought that drinking one cure disease potion should solve it, but it didn't. I had to drink an other one. Or using a shrine multiple times. Do you have to do this too ?

When you got multiple vanilla diseases, it gets removed in one potion / praying moment.

Hm very nice mod, there are far too few mods that handle diseases. I also like the hardcore approach.

Some effects that I am missing: crippled bow damage (since you already have melee and magic covered), health pool malus, speech malus (can't haggle when you look pale and can't even speak properly). Would be cool to implement some of these. Maybe even a shield block malus but I believe that is already handled by the lowered stamina.

Edit: Just looked at the mod in tes5edit. You don't forward changes from dragonborn and dawnguard. So this mod is not compatible with the DLCs I assume.

The changes that need forwarding are for dragons: mounted combat, for falmer: using staffs.

Thanks for suggestions, some great ideas! I'll definitely add more diseases when I have time. Got bored with Skyrim because I played it way too much at some point, but I think I'll be getting back into modding soon.

This mod works with non-DLC enemies even if you have Dragonborn or Dawnguard, but you are right - these diseases can't be inflicted by DLC-enemies. I'll look into this and see if I can fix it somehow. The problem is that I don't own any DLC so I can't load the master files, thus I can't mod them (I might be wrong on this though).

I like the idea of this mod but is there a way you could add a HUD indicator so you don't have to constantly check your menus to see if you have a disease and how bad it is or isn't? I know the gameplay in Fallout New Vegas became SO much easier once the whole eating/drinking/sleeping/disease/pc status all became easily trackable via HUD indicators.

A cool idea, but doing this requires scripting and I know nothing about it. I have no time or interest to learn it either, so no indicators coming for this mod I'm afraid. :/

A great idea; Im very interested in D/Ling it for testing. Will see if it works with ERSO/SkyRe and RN&.

I would like to see a MCM menu. I love to tweak settings; set different infection rates, damage rates, adjust to whatever I feel seems most "real" for MY game, instead of arbitrarily assigned by someone else (no offense). Any chance of that happening?

I have no idea how to apply MCM menu to a mod, but I think it requires scripting and I don't know anything about it. So I doubt I'll be adding MCM menu, sorry.

Thank you! It sure does. I have had some hard times myself more than once with these diseases.

Will track, but do you think you could make a disease description version, or contact WilliamImm and ask him to make a patch? That is, unless you've given immersive descriptions to your new diseases already.

I haven't thought about descriptions. Thanks for your suggestion! I'll see what I can do about this.

Like it!! i totally forget to ever look at my effects tab because it was so pointless, now i will be visiting it much more often
(and other disease mods come with like visual defects and other weird stuff, THIS is like! )

Thank you! Yeah, there is nothing more to this mod than some new diseases and very strong effects. Originally I made this for me and my cousin because we couldn't find a mod for diseases that felt quite right for our play style. It's nice to hear that other people like it too.
