His mod adds a mesh, but also replaces the textures. To make them compatible, I think you just need to copy the values that allow glow (or just do it, it shouldn't be too hard if you know how to do that kind of stuff).

You could just try it out. IF you don't see any changes just unpack the bsa, but You shouldn't have to.

The light is added to the texture, so no, you'll have to pick one or the other. The esp just makes the moons physically larger, and there's no values in this mod that allow glow.

help i got 2 moons at a time when night time comes? one is big moon and one is smaller, is this mod causing it or my other mods are causing it?

i use Climates of Tamriel, Enhanched Nights and Moon Glow to edit my sky. which one is creating a 'new moon' which caused this?

Before I just shove this in my game experimentally, can anyone tell me if this works in SSE?

Just try it, it won't do any harm to remove it. It is script free so nothing to worry about.

It seems to works, once you unpack the bsa. However, it the moon in my game is quite massive, and made the snow on the mountains very bright at night.

Do you think I could merge this into Wonders of Weather without issue? The scripts in WoW are what concerns me. Thanks isoku!

How is it that no one thought to release something like this before now? I swear it's the little things that slip passed us. After looking up at the glowing moon, I can never get rid of this mod.

I blame Bethesda and their lazy butts for not adding a lot of things that should have already been in the game. xD

Some ideas just don't come to mind. It's not laziness.
You can't really blame them for that, they're only human.

      @ ThatDirtyShisno

If Bethesda were to put the combined work of, let's say, only your favorite mods (and not even counting all mods) into Skyrim, the game would be released sometime around the year 2525 I guess. xD

So this is a bit ignorant of a statement imho.

And don't forget: What they did instead is to release the same editor / software development kit they built the game with for free. Which company does that? The answer to that is simple: Only Bethesda.

And that's why most modders do thank Bethesda in their mod credits.

@ ThatDirtyShisno: Bethesda like any other game company is on the clock. They have to pay their employees money believe it or not so they have to prioritize what goes into the game. They also have to design the game to work on the current generation of consoles as that is where most of their money is made as only about 14% or so of Skyrim copies were bought on PC and many of those were people like me who had bought an earlier version on a console. But as mentioned above Bethesda loves its fan base enough to give them the ability to create whatever is possible with the tools they used to make the game and very few companies are ever willing to be so gracious so please show a little love.

    An update? Awesome!

Say -- any reason why Wrye Bash doesn't want to merge this into the Bashed Patch any longer?

Second. This is disturbing to one who is only barely avoiding the FF limit. Another reason to start using the fancy merge script more often. It did get a gnarly update recently.

I'll assume that this esp will merge with some other mild environmental mods (like rainbows or shooting stars), but I've not tried it yet. It was just nice to have it auto-merging into the Bashed Patch. Maybe I'll drop isoku a PM and see what's up with this version that would be different than 1.0.

Files are now in bsa format and there is an extra dummy record in the .esp file so that other modders can determine if this mod is installed. I'm guessing those are the reasons but this file can still be merged manually.

Cool -- that makes perfect sense. I'm sure there will be no issues merging with rainbows, and such. Thanks, isoku!

So in Mod Organizer could we disable the esp and let it handle the bsa?
