   It's a nice little house. The only trouble I've had is that I often start in the water under the bridge when I fast travel.
   
   I haven't had any containers respawn on me. Though there are a few bloody bones that keep respawning.

      These bones could be the remains of Nerf, killed by Anonymous.

   I like the idea of this - Ivarstead definiteiy needs a player home. But looking in TES5edit I noticed some possible issues. It appears that the containers are all set to respawn (barrels, chests, satchels. cupboards). Also, this mod has worldspace records for Solitude, Whiterun, Riften, Markarth and Windhelm, modifies a location record for Faendals house in Riverwood, and touches cells in Hjerim and the White Phial.

   What happens to Narfi? Hmm, there is no Narfi anymore.. But there is a bedroll floating on the north side of the house. Looks good so far though. I like the little doors to other towns.
