Announcing Know-it-all Trainers v1.1 Update: Now you can change the amount you pay for training to the amount of gold you wish. Just open the skyrim console and type:
set trainingfeenovice to 444 (or any number you want) to set the cost for training skills that are below level 51.
set trainingfeeexpert to 1444 (or any number you want) to set the cost for training skills that are level 51 or more.
I realized that most people found the amount too cheap to be fair so it breaks immersion for them. So, I included globals so they could set the fee to the amount that seemed fair to them.
its the worst trainer mod that i have downloaded. i need to spend 2 dialogs each skill level, the mod Dovaahkiin Warehouse have 6 trainers that trains you like a normal trainer without dialogs each level, they train you at level 100 buts just in smithing, one and two handed, alchemy, heavy armor and conjuration. I was expecting something like this.
Question, is the Heavy armor training bugged? I can choose the option and the money got payed but i do not get any training in that skill. all other training work but not heavy armor.
that would be very usefull since im kinda tired to press 'ryryryryryryryryryry" to up lvl with smithing since all other methods are not much convenient, and the console commands of skyrim is not much helpfull relative to boost lvl or something
Can you add a little more detail about the know it all trainers, like can Tolfdir Train you All the Magic Skills and Brynjolf Teach you All the Thievery Skills and Vilkas Train you in All the Fighting Skills to Master.
Can you rather make an MCM for Training Costs instead of the Console, i already have like 6 Console type of keywoards i have to Memorize that i Detest already.
Where exactly are those 2 New Follower Trainers, because im wondering if you could make a Optional Version without them, instead of me going directly to them and Train All my Skills witch leaves the Vanilla Trainers Pointless.
What Skills does Tulius and Galmar train you for.
Please let a Menu come up like we Train with Vanilla Trainers, instead of this Repeating Train me in a Skill and heres the Gold, because its getting Annoying Fast.
Please let us Directly ask Brynjolf to Train me in set Skills, so he doesent let me do a Job for him when i First meet him, because i dont want to start the Thieves Guild yet.
Why is Brynjolf Teaching me Blocking, shouldent Vilkas do that
I made this mod as a request for a friend who was tired of going all over Skyrim looking for someone to train him in a certain skill. That is why Brynjolf, Tolfdir, and all of the other NPCs train in everything. As for using the vanilla training dialog, that will not work because it puts limits on training and raises the price every time you train. I can try to make an update where Brynjolf will teach thief skills, Tolfdir magic skills, and so on; but if you are in a certain faction, there are plenty of NPCs that will teach you related skills. In the Thieves Guild for example, Vex teaches lockpicking, Delvin teaches Sneak, and Vipir the Fleet teaches pickpocket. The same applies to the College of Winterhold and the Companions. I will see what I can do about the MCM menu, but I have never made one before since I just started using skyUI.
due to the fact that they know 18 skills, i would either make it cost .75x - 4x as much as a normal trainer. Here is my reasons.#
Either the trainer is a jack of all but master of none so it would take more then just 1 training to get 1 level. so lets say it would take 4 lessons for 1 level. to achieve this you would just raise the price by 4.
Anther way to look at it is they could be a true master of all, so the lesson from them would cost alittle bit less from them
You could use that idea to make differant types of NPC. have like Master mages that the magic cost a bit less then the other skills he doesnt know so well. Using the master of magic but not such a good two handed warrior idea... =). so to train
This way you dont have acess to all the trainers at the best prices, all over the world
