I woke up this morning, refreshed nexus main page and I was overjoyed to see my file in the Hotfiles banner. Just want to dedicate this box space to thank every one of you who left a comment and left kind words, feedback, criticism that helps me get better and a whole loads of ideas; also, to the people who endorsed my file and downloaded it <3
Thanks to all of you for all your support and time!
I found your mod in some guides of recommendation of Mr. Sinitar gaming, thanks to him I found your mod, God is precious the art that you gave to the sanctuaries, but what I loved was your alternative version of them, I love it! If you pass again and see your mod I hope you make a 2k or 4k version so I can contemplate with much more attention the beauty of the art you gave to the sanctuaries, thank you very much for your mod.
Beautiful retexture/remodeling of the original shrines. I think they all blended too much in vanilla, as they had maybe 2 shades of color for all of them. Now each and every one has a special touch which also makes them easier to identify.
I did notice a small issue when using an ENB preset though. The Alpha Property in the mesh of Kynareth, Mara and Stendarr causes them to be half transparent at certain angles. I fixed it by removing the Alpha Property of these shrines in NifScope. Not sure if this was by design to have some of the shrines parts be transparent, but I didn't notice any issues.
Yup, thats what I said. The issue only occures when using the latest ENB binaries and any preset. As a lot of people do, I thought this might be helpful.
Hello, could you pls just quickly tell me how I could fix this? I have the same issue with SSE. I don't know anything about modding... do I just download NifScope and easily change the number?
Edit: so it was actually quite easy! thank you so much!!! for anyone else reading who is also a noob - just go to NifSkope, open the file, find in the menu in top left corner something called NiAlphaProperty and right click on it and Remove. then save the file. all works!
I should have posted this ages ago, but oh well, I'll do it now... thank you! Thank you for this awesome mod, it's been with me for more than a year in both my Legendary Edition and SE. I've had no issues with it whatsoever, the shrines look stunning and hell, you sure know how to work with your textures. They look better than most 1k, even better than some of the 2k textures here on Nexus, for sure! Thanks for the great work!
Question...seeing some errors pop up in Creation Kit...Talos shrine missing a soft lighting map, and Akatosh shrine using both parallax and multi-layer parallax. Is this an issue (and fixable in nifskope or fixing the textures) or just CK babble that can be ignored?
