Update: 2016/01/31: An unexpected change going 1.7->1.7.3, I've corrected the files for the newest version so Requificator doesn't throw an error if there would be any.
2016/02/18: Switched the load order of the 2 main master files. Refer to the load order on the description page. There is no need to re-download the latest files if you have them already.
I decided to follow the rule that most mods should be loaded before Requiem, period. Only patches and some alternate start mods should override changes by Requiem unless you really need some changes made without making a separate patch. The "Reqtificator" will keep warning you if there are 3 or more files that load after Requiem.esp and they do not use it as a master file. It's just a warning, but it's best to take great care when managing your load orders. You might not want some rogue mod making changes that otherwise should be handled by Requiem.
If the mod appears differently on Wrye Bash (if you use it, even though most important parts are already integrated in reqtificator) don't worry you can sort the master load order in the .esp via TES5Edit if it bothers you. Don't forget to rebuild your patches if they use my files.
It's likely that after some updates the reqtificator now treats the patch differently. I stopped supporting this patch a long time ago now. I don't even have a working Skyrim install with newest mods to check compatibility.
So I don't recommend using the current version with updated Requiem, you are free to change the patch to solve the error as you see fit though.
I spent four hours banging my head around installing requiem, then it had a problem with succubus race lite, I searched google and found the answer to all my problems. I love you. Thank you lol xD
This will happen with pretty much every race mod out there. Requificator is very picky when it comes to races and I don't think you can tell it to simply ignore the "compatibility/imbalance". Have fun.
