A nice retex on its own, but unfortunately nothing close to Ju-On (except bloodshot eyes). That's not your fault though Ju-On resemblance needs mesh editing as well as texture overhaul (and the latter needs slightly different gamma).
yeah its more "The Ring" then Ju-On but still i was watch the the grudge when i had the idea for this so thats why its ju-on inspired. honestly it took all of about 5 minutes to do this retex. i dont have a lot of moding or texture manipulating experience.
Now that I've found one (since installing retex) I'm definitely adding my endorsement. Looks great, and I like that it alters the look of the wisp wrappings as well. Looks better in-game than in the pics. In regard to what you mentioned in the sticky, some new sounds could be awesome-though personally I like the jingly noise, it's not altogether fitting. Jinglies are more appropriate to the small wisps themselves, perhaps. It may be more complicated than necessary, but I wonder if the wispmother's spell/s could be changed. All I ever see is shooting ice spikes as an offensive. Seems like a couple blasts of weakness to magic & maybe some draining spells fit better. A total wispmother overhaul may be more than you care to deal with, but I'll be tracking this to see anything else you decide to implement.
changing her spells is actually pretty easy. my version of her is half way between a ghost and a frost atronach ability wise. i gave her some perks and a load of frost spells.

thank you for the responses and endorsements! glad others felt as i did about the wispmothers. i am currently working on getting some sounds from some free to use websites that i can alter and play with to make her sound a lot scarier too. i have already made the little wisps she spwns whisper creepy things like "your going to die. she's going to kill you", stuff like that layered together. i want to make her screech at you instead of the stupid jingling sound she makes. i cant release it to the public (due to copyright laws) but in my game i replaced her sounds with the banshee sounds from mass effect 3. super freaky. once i get a good sound set going i plan to over haul her as a new possible boss in undead and necromancer lairs for fun. any thoughts?
