Just found this out, you can disenchant the knuckles and put the enchantments on your gloves and ring, which could totally break the game with how much damage you'll be able to do, the highest I've gotten with it was 200+ damage on my ring and gauntlets with Dragonbone knuckles alone, bringing my total up to the thousands with the help of a couple other mods (Toughened Knuckles and Way of the Monk were the main ones) , which totally isn't a bad thing compared to the higest recorded base Skyrim damage, but with Extra Effect using Dragonbone and Daedric knuckles, it could get rather silly even on Legendary, at least in theory.
No, you can't. Iron Knucles stack the same as any other weapon. For example, just because you have 5 iron swords in your inventory, doesn't mean you can equip them all at once.
Seeing as the screenshots show they have zero armor rating, I would like to ask if they take up an armor slot.
I would also like to recommend lowering the price on these as well if possible. Given comparable unenchanted weapons of the same materials these are made of, the price is quite high.
This is a nice idea as many players are looking for ways to make unarmed combat a more viable option in Skyrim. That being said, I would recommend that you change the name of this mod. "Overhaul" implies large sweeping changes and/or additions to the game mechanic such as new or improved perks, animations or changes to the way the skill works. The addition of what are essentially weapons doesn't really qualify in that regard. I thought I would suggest it nicely before someone else did with less decorum.

Perhaps with 80 Additional Damage for Unarmed Attacks?
Just an Idea/Suggestion.
