I started a new game and I went to Whiterun. I found Tulli fighting a couple of wolves on the road. He died but when I resurrected him and attacked him, it said "40 bounty added to Rayhtem''. Now if i recall correctly there is some modded location somewhere in the mountains with that name (not sure tho). It's a random gate, when u enter it look like the area is glitched the f*#@ out. So my guess would be he's just an incomplete npc from some experimental area of some mod.
Wait, what mod are you talking about. I literally just found a mage named tulli wandering in the mountains south of whiterun and searched him up. I want to kill him but idk if i should.
I found this dead NPC named Tulli just outside of Riverwood. He has a key on him called Tulli's Key. I couldn't find anything about him on google so I was looking in the console, and it says he's from this mod. Is he supposed to be dead?
