If I will be playing this game next month I will give it a try to make your request and edit the esp. I am learning esp's order by comparing different mods on TES5edit. It looks simple. You can try too if I won't be able to.
I dont know how this file could have worked for. It's a mess. The meshes associations in the esp are completely off, the texture sets aren't pointing to the correct .dds files and as Bstreet mentioned, the model imploded as bunch of polygons. I was able to create an .esp to fix all the dead associations but the banded body mess is hopeless. I ran it through Cathedral, NIF Healer, and NIF Optimizer and nothing could fix it. So unless someone knows how to fix that, this mod isn't worth it at all.
Same problem of Arton and the banded body piece is bugged (the model is an imploded bunch of ploygons). Patch higly required since this mod could be a masterpiece.
Unfortunately I couldn't get this mod to work properly. Everything else works fine, However the actual armor (the main 'chest' piece) the textures don't load up properly.
