   Help Pretty is no help at all, really.
   
   It gives a quest, I believe, but where or what the quest is, no idea.
   
   Not a quest but a listing of item IDs
   In other words, solved.

      Travel to the Honningbrew Meadery at Whiterun, then take the road that will lead you to White River Watch, you will quickly come across an intersection where you have a bridge heading East, and three roads North, South and West (West is where you are coming from), look on the left side of the Bridge heading East and the chest with all of the armor is near there.

      Also there is not a quest associated with the esp.
