Simple and cunning. A small mod that makes a big difference. Thanks a lot.

Nice mod, where do you get the armors?

It's mostly based off vanilla armors (I think in the screenshots I was running Cabal's textures). IIRC I also modified my heavy elven armor http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18500 for this.

could you make a replacer version of this mod for the enchantments ingame for example when u enchant an item it has a color glow thats visible in the menu it would be cool if we could get a glow matching the menu enchant color that takes the color of the effect. since armor is divided into 4 parts head, body, hands feet, i think the option that effects the body should be the only one to give the overall effect.

someone made the replacer version for weapons already =] now we just need the armor!

I love you! I was thinking how I could make my guy look cooler with armor-visual-effects, and BAM this came up!

I'm glad you like it! I haven't done any Skyrim modding in ages, but I love it when I check back here and see that people are still using my mods!

This is just so well done! For the longest time i've looked for something like this or simillar, like actual enchantment effect on armor, because I use the enchantment effect replacer - runes, just imagine how awesome would an ebony chestpiece? Ok, got sidetracked here, as I was saying, this is amazing and I wish you would continue to add things to the mod! The only tiny little thing I'd say i wasn't 100% happy about is that I find the swirls on some of the effects like the poison one a little too big, too far from the body itself...It would be cool if they were a little closer so that they don't seem all over the place =D

Besides that I love it! REEEAALLY hope you continue!

Sorry for the extremely late reply, but I've moved on from Skyrim to ESO, and haven't been modding at all in the last half year or more. It's extremely unlikely that I'll come back to this mod to make changes at this point. However, I'm changing the permissions on this file to allow anybody to modify it and upload the changed version without having to ask me first, so that on the off chance that somebody wants to take a stab at it, my absenteeism won't get in the way.

This is an amazing mod but, it would be better if there were full armor sets and not just single pieces

love the mod absolute beautiful work, its just a request or a favor, can you make these effects on the vanilla enchantments such as frost resistance, fire resistance etc. I know its a lot to ask its all up to you, you are the awesome modder but this mod could easily go up all the way up there if it could make those effects with vanilla enchantments. Thanks again for the awesome mod

Let me make sure I understand what you're saying--any time you're wearing a piece of equipment with a vanilla effect like fire resist or frost resist, you want it to have this effect? Same for NPCs, including random bandits or whatever?

What about when you're wearing multiple enchanted items (or items with dual enchantments)?

I feel like it would be a bit much, but if that's what you want, I might be able to do it.
