   This is such a great little mod - people think on reading the description that hearing a prominent heartbeat is distracting/immersion breaking.
   
   Truth is - in the heat of combat suddenly hearing your heartbeat become prominent adds a ton of drama and desperation to the battle - little audio cues like this are super-emotive.

   I don't think hearing a Heartbeat in every save is very immersive as some Dragonborns are undead

   Interesting idea. I've just downloaded it to try it out - will let you know whether I like it or not.
   
   An advantage that you could mention is that this mod has no scripts or even an esp - uninstalling will cause zero problems whatsoever.

      Well, I only got injured enough for the heartbeat to kick in once, but as far as I can tell, the heartbeat was definitely more noticeable. Endorsed.
