You need the Enhanced Character Edit (ECE) addon. If you have never used it before, then you wont have a CME_Saves folder. After you get ECE, go into My Documents > My Games > Skyrim and make a "CME_Save" folder. Then open the "Kamille Shy CME-49405-1-0.7z" and extra the "_10_commonTriRaces.slot" file into your CME_Save folder; it's inside the "Kamille" folder after you extract.
Now open the game and open the go to "Body" section in the race-menu and select the "Load Slot" option, just move the slider and a new menu will pop up. Hit "next" until you see "Slot10" and select that.
That's how you load it, but I get some ugly results where the eyes are popped out.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Have put it in CME_saves, installed required mods, and ece with skse and racemenu... Works so far. But no Slot Load. Got only something like "positions" and when I want to load a position there comes only the text that there is an error with loading the position. I have no load slot option with pop up menu where I can click next or so... getting mad. What did I wrong?
1- There's no folder named CME_Save in my Skyrim folder (yes, I know, the one in My Documents and not the game folder). 2- I create this folder, copy the 10_slot file in it but no race is showing a 10th preset. 3- Lack of information makes me unsure what race/s will this apply on. 4- Where in gods name is 'slot load' cos I can't see it on my interface, and I do have ECE but all that shows is 'undo' 'redo' 'export' 'zoom' 'light'. Export does shit. Says it's shortcut is F1, nothing happens. 5- Why don't you just create a save file ESS as an option for situation like this?

The Preset is in the Race Menu "Body" tab. A new preset slider appears in that tab when you install ECE.
Edit: Unfortunately something seems to have changed. I can no longer find the presets in ECE. There is no "Load Slot" option.
