    ?The race does not show up for me. I double checked and made sure my racemenu mod was the correct version and up to date. Any ideas what would cause this?

    Nevermind. for some reason even though I used Vortex to install the mod, the file was marked inactive when I used loot. So I activated it.

    Hello, been having an issue with this mod and werewolves. I'm currently running the Moonlight Tales mod alongside this, but whenever I try to transform the two models are glitched into each other and the werewolf's animations don't trigger. Are there any werewolf mods that work with this race? I had figured since the vampire issue had been fixed werewolves would work as well. Thanks for any help!

      I'm also having the same issue. NMM says "Error: Error parsing FOMOD Info.xml file."

    There is a mistake in FOMOD. I chose the option without playable sun elves (for your Midwood Isle mod), and the esm file have installed at the Skyrim\Data\Data folder.

      Thats not an error, you still need a master file for Midwood Isle to work.

      Hi. No, you don't get me.
      After installation of unplayable option (without mers and encounters), the mod installs to "Data/Data" (twice Data) directory.

    Hey again. I wanted to point out that the Nexus Mod Manager is seeing version 1.30 of the Sun Elves mod as 1.20, and not 1.30.

    I was wondering, have you ever had the idea of creating companions and followers who are also sun elves? Would be a very neat idea to see a few of them in the world as well.

      Ah, a nice idea, I might look into it in the future I would most likely create them as mercenaries who you have to pay to accompany you, in order to keep the mod realistic.

      Thanks. I downloaded and installed it a long while ago. Works incredibly well. Though now another possible thought came to mind. Could you also make it possible for a few, or all of them, to be candidates for marriage as well?

    I am completely in love with these guys and desperately want to keep playing mine. But I have a little problem. When I try to load the save, it CTDs. The second attempt usually works. It also sometimes happens with load doors. Originally, I had installed the version with NPCs and followers. I thought that might be the problem so I re-installed using just the player character version. But that didn't solve it.

    So...mods that could maybe possibly have something to do with it...I have Ethereal Elven Overhaul, ApachiiiSkyhair, Natural Eyes, and Xenius Character Enhancement, as well as a couple Khajiit only mods. I also have one that allows respecing talent trees. Other than that, there's Dawn of Solitude, Life Another Life (which is why she's in Solitude), Pure Weather and Pure Water, Timing is Everything and The Choice is Yours. That's all I can think of that directly impact the character.

    Any ideas?

      Well if I was in that situation then I'd try disabling all of the mods that you think might impact the character, and then loading the save again and seeing if you have the same error. If you still do, try disabling every mod you have and then see. If it works fine, try slowing activating the mods in small groups until the problem resurfaces. Then youll eventually be able to narrow it down to what mod is causing the problem. If you dont have Nexus Mod Manager I hugely recommend that as it allows you to deactivate and activate mods really easily, even ones that dont have an esp. If all of that doesnt work have you tried loading a previous game save? Sorry but thats all the advice I can really give, as thats what I usually do to figure out what mod it is that is causing the problem. I presume its another mod because ive never heard of this error before and dont see how my mod would cause it. Also those mods seem very popular and so I doubt that they would have an error with my mod. I personally use ApachiiiSkyhair so I know thats not it. Does this happen with any other races in the game? Because its unusual how it would happen with just my mod as it is standalone and doesnt happen with any other race such as Wood Elves or Dark Elves or something. Sorry about that man but try out that and keep me updated with what happens

    Why are Sun Elves pale? You would expect that from Snow Elves, and expect that the Sun Elves be darker, right? Either that, or extremely susceptible to skin cancer...

      Ah, a good question. Id say its because when I made the Sun Elves I wanted them to kind of match their name, the sun. In order to do this I tried to make them quite bright and white, and so in a way gave them a sortof albino look. I thought in the land of The Elder Scrolls, any albino looking elven race would have most likely ben dubbed the Sun Elves, and so thats pretty much where my motives came from. If you dont like their skin colour, feel free to open up my mod in the creation kit and change their skin colour to one that you believe suits them most.

    Hey, just wondering - does this mod add anything besides simply allowing someone to play as a Sun Elf? Like how vanilla races can show up randomly as enemies (such as Orc Bandits, or Dark Elf Necromancers) - as you said, they'd make good Spell swords, can Sonmer Spell Swords spawn?

    If not, you should definitely see if you could add them. It'd be interesting.

      No, this mod doesnt add that. The reason I didnt add these in is because I doubted there would be many Sun Elves living in Skyrim, since Midwood isle is so far away, and out of the Tamriel border. It is also a very cold place compared to what they are used to, and the local Nords are different to any theyve come across before, so I wouldnt have thought many would have wanted to move! I agree though, it could make it interesting. I guess I just wanted to make a playable race mod, rather than a race that also appears whilst playing the game.

      Sorry about the huge lateness of this, but I recently decided to do what you suggested and add in the Sun Elves as enemies found in-game. I have made it an optional file, and you can find out more about it on the main page

    Just so you know, equipped circlets don't show for some reason :/ Would be nice if it could be fixed. Other then that I love what you have here.

      Thats weird, I tested it out and the circlets all appear for me, maybe there is something wrong with your game? Sorry to hear that though
