Great "mod", thanks! This is really useful to a player who doesn't want to grind for the materials. Only things I had to add myself were one Ice Wolf Pelt and two Cave Bear Pelts, which were not included in the "House.Bat"
Good to know. I never found that mod because (At least for me) it is named awkwardly. Unfortunately you did say it is missing two straw (Mine is missing nothing) and the wing additions splits are in the "eye of the beholder", I don't like all the specific names he used for his BAT files.
The one problem I do see occurring is the "Item ID" problem, so for that reason if any modder/dabbler in Creation Kit, wants to make (Or update) chests with an "EXACT" list of materials from my BAT files I'm opening up any restrictions to do so.
If you don't want to slug your way through item ID's message me and I'll send you a full list of each item with ID's and even specific outside unique buildings for each plot of land. (I'd rather have something that works for everyone, hassle free, regardless of whose name is on it.)
This is very usefull, I like to play the game by the rules. but god, all that Iron Ingots, damn. I made myself a BAT file, but never uploaded it. It's nice to see someone has done it.

It doesn't add extra, and is only missing two straw. It also splits the wing additions better.
