This was made with the intention to be used with no cell editing mods. Aka, no CoT, RLO, ect.
The idea of this setup is to be able to use a high quality DOF on systems without $700+ video cards.
The frame hit is still significant, but managable. SweetFX kills about 5 fps, and ENB kills about 40. Yes, DOF is that expensive. But default K ENB kills about 80 fps. So what I have here is much better. And ENBoost is also setup so that helps a lot when you play for a long period of time.
