Ha ha... man your description heavily entertained me. I am laughing.
I'll try this out too.
I can finally turn that guy in Whiterun that won't shut the f-up... into a freakin' fish and eat him, so he can burn and boil and fry in my stomach acid! MUAHAHAHAHA!
I downloaded this mod for the sole purpose of walking up to Maiven Black-Briar, turning her into a fish and making everyone watch as I ate her. This is by far the most ridiculous mod I've seen in a long while. Good job, Sheogorath would be proud!
I would like to point out that it is "Sheogorath" and not "Shegorath". (If we are talking about the same daedric prince, that is/) The sentence "The rage of fishes will make cry to your enemies." makes little sense either. I would rephrase it as "The rage of fishes will make your enemies cry."
"I was not but a lowly knight then, seeking my true place in the world. Those were dark days; where a man could hardly feed himself let alone his wife and seven children! But then...I found it. Deep within a cave guarded by beings as fierce and mysterious as the world they came from...a weapon of untold power. Laying a battle-weary hand upon this staff, I knew then that this gift from the gods could not fall into villainous hands."
If you mean use it on the "dragon" no it maybe cant, for the script i used the keyword "dragon". So if the train npc still uses the key it wont be turn into a bounch of fishes (i know is a shame but a gigant train that throws fire is a b&@*$ and you should know it) If you mean if they are compatible, yes they are compatible

It doesn't work on Essential NPCs like this does though.
