There's an easy way to fix the Stormcloak prisoners using inappropriate dialogue, just remove the CW dialogue faction from the NPC records. You can then restore the encounter happening if the Imperials win by replacing the condition with General Tullius being dead.
Thank you very much for this usefull mod! Is it compatible with Populated Skyrim Civil War or Immersive Patrols? They are completely script free and use only vanilla npcs.
They are compatible - the game won't crash and neither mod would overwrite the data of another. Of course, for immersion's sake, you would still have to disable these two mods after the war had ended.
