If not using the mod manager, copy and paste the mod from the rar.file into the
appropriate Data folder found in your Skyrim game folder.
SPECIAL THANKS!:
=================
Id like to thank the Nexus Community forums for providing me with a wealth of
knowledge to help me get started on modding and for the site itself for producing
their host software. Both have made my life so much easier when it comes to these games.
Thanks also go out to a youtuber named Darkfox127, his tutorials helped me with
grasping much of the basics of using the creation kit. You can find his channel
here; http://www.youtube.com/user/DARKF0X127
Special thanks to Insomniacgamers.net for being a community which streams games and
isnt afraid to admit that theyre bad at them. But seriously, thanks for being there
and distracting me from my projects :P
To you, for taking an interest. Suggestions, comments and critique are always welcome,
and remember, if you found this mod pleasing, keep watching for any additional mods I
may make in the future, I have much planned, so content will be coming!
THE BORING BIT:
================
Nettlewreath Shack is the second mod I have made, Ive tried to learn as much as I can
with the Creation Kit since I started and I think this one is okay. But since my Quality
Tests only reveal so much, please let me know in the comments if you notice any issues.
(Floating objects, physics collisions, etc)
This housing mod places a small minimalist home themed around an Alchemist, though it
could also be suitable for hunters or hermit mages as well.
Youll find it situated on the shores of Lake Ilnata, just South of the Lady Stone and far
West of Riverwood if you follow the road to Falkreath. The site features a grand view of
the misty lake which can be seen from the shacks porch or from the firepit near the exterior oven.
An exterior greenhouse for planting alchemical herbs or humble crops is fully functional
and a tanning rack with leather storage is placed near the main entrance of the home.
Interior features include a fully navmeshed area for followers.
A Kitchen complete with Cooking Pot and Storage (please note that ALL barrels and burlap
sacks inside and outside the premises are NOT safe for storage.)
An alchemy nook with plenty of organised storage space.
Two Weapon Racks near the main entrance.
Plenty of chests, shelves, wardrobes, knapsacks and end tables to store gear, books and supplies.
I dont see it necessary, but if people desire it, I may add a basement to the property.
The home is designed to be a starter home or something in mind for those tired of seeing
overly extravagant features in their dwellings. As such, players who are devoted Collectors of
unique items in the game, wont find a lot of space to showcase their trophies. I may upgrade
the place into something bigger, but that will be a separate mod for another time.
