    About tweaking:
I recommend trying 10 as value for the sunscattering multiplier in your ENB settings first. If the effect is too strong you always can reduce it. You may also need to increase the muddiness a bit. Finding the right balance is essential here. Too high values may make the water look weird (like plastic), but too low values will reduce the sunscattering effect a lot. The best values seem to be in the range between 0.2-0.7 though. If you think you found out a good setting for some ENB, feel free to post it in the comment section so i can add it to the description. Also feel free to post some example shots with the ENB you're using.
    Cheers!

Do you have a location or time of day that you find is the best for testing?

Lake Ilinalta near the Guardian Stones is always a nice place to test. The best times would be around 17 pm and 8 am.

Why do you recommend 10 if you say the best values are between 0.2 and 0.7

I believe .2-.7 is for the muddiness value.

I can't get Watercolor to work no matter what I try. Realistic Water Two and Realistic Needs and Diseases are both late in my load order, with patches and Watercolor coming after, with rules in LOOT keeping them all in order. In enbseries.ini - and double-checked and tweaked in-game as well - water effects are enabled, and I've played several times with various combinations of the SunScatteringMultiplier and Muddiness values, but still I see no sun scattering, even when the sun is low. I'm using Rudy ENB. Anyone know what might be going wrong?

The SE version of RW2 already includes it.

When I first tried this with Real Vision ENB, it looked nothing like it's picture; the water was SOLID blue with no visible transparency or sun scattering. Turned out the effect for water was set to false in my enbseries.ini for some reason... If I hadn't spotted it and changed it out of sheer curiosity, I might have had to give up on this mod.

Figured I'd throw that out there for any other ENB newbies who can get this to work for the same reason, lol.

Has anyone managed to fix the whiter water in the riften canals while using RW2?

It makes water too green in some cases. I've checked and many people report the same. The problem is water color set to be too green in the esp. I've made simple tweaks within the esp, here it is: https://mega.nz/file/UdlUEDpT#aHA8XDjYexmDXzJQHghTjAsSsYlBhWAjqgzYxGZPSAo

Use that, and tone down sunscattering in ENB, as well as muddiness.

Looks great! Realistic Needs and Diseases unfortunately doesn't work properly even though I installed the patch, but I believe that's because of Realistic Water Two.
