   From elderscrolls wikia "Arrows are one of the few weapons that cannot be crafted at an ordinary forge. In Dawnguard, however, arrows can be crafted at a blacksmith Forge." so i think this mod is made for does without DLC. LegendofThunder can you confirm this ???.

      Yes this is true. I have put this in the ReadMe and forgot to add this to the description that most people read!

      Yes I think I may double the total arrows though?
