It doesnt work on silver rings for me, and it only melts down jewelry with gem stones, no recipes show up for normal jewelry

Hi, thanks for trying out this mod and inform me about your issues. I didn't looked into this mod for ages. I am sorry to hear that it didn't work for you, maybe its finally incompatible to the today version of skyrim.

Nice and useful mod, thank you

One thing I find rather odd, though. When melting down silver and gold pieces that have no precious stones, one gets back an amount of ore? Why? It should give pure silver and gold in the form of bouillons, not ore because ore is what youfind in the ground, unpure.

One uses smelters to purify ore and yet when we smelt our jewelry we get ore from the smelter? Don't think so...

Does this mod return gem stones or just the metal?

For jewelry with stones it returns the stone in correct quantity, for jewelry without stones you use the smelter to smelt them down. And it works only for the standart golden and silver yewelry.

By the way, thanks for this question, I've added the answere in the mod description.

What mod did you use in the first screenshot? (I mean smithing menu interface)

It's the SkyUI. It's a gread mod that I use since it comes out and very usefull to use with my mod together to sort out stolen rings like I've wrote in the description. If it's not, then it's the vanilla UI because I don't use any other UI mods :-)

No, it's not SkyUI. The first one.

Well, so it must me the Vanilla UI. Sorry for the confusing, I didn't use pure vanilla UI for a long time, so I've forgot a bit how it looks.

One moment, the exra contents? Oh, sorry, I thought you meen the general look... It's Immersive Armors I think..

EDIT: The rest of it is pure vanilla. I've disabled all mods for controlling it, looks exact like this screenshot, except the extra entries

Oh, okay... So i've got a mod zombi in my interface folder. I have no idea what mod it is, but it looks quite nice *g* Maybe a very early version of SkyUI....

      EDIT: QD Inventory

Just yesterday I was wishing I could break down necklaces. And what should appear before my wondering eyes? Thanks works great! And timing. ; )
