   Enter a building or a new city can fix this, but a restart might be needed too. I have no idea why it does this, but here's a fix!

   By the way, I think it is really sweet that you did this to honour your rat. I had two in highschool and they are the most amazing animals.

      No idea. It's a known bug but simply enetering a building or restarting can fix it

   Is he talking? Because I'd love to have a skeever follower for my assassin (since they're small and from a roleplay aspect can't be detected as fast as spiders or wolves) but I can't live with talking animals. They freak me out
