I like the idea's presented but I do not like the overall effects. The starting weaker and building over time is excellent. It makes being a devout meaningful, so you do not just stack the current blessing that is most helpful to your situation. I do not like how you have set up pairing and in some cases the actual strength of the buffs. For example the one handed damage bonus tied to Talos is completely wasted on any primary mage, archer or 2 handed character. Similarly the 2 handed bonus for Zenithar is out of place. I also feel that with the third effect you just get too much of a bonus out of it. It is already super easy to make an overpowered character even when playing normally, adding more ways is just overkill. I would drop the third effect, and make the secondary effects more broad and useful for more character types. Going with additional stats like armor and crit rating is good, but you could add a strong endurance regen effect as the secondary for the magic one for example, so spellswords would get a great benefit, but even your standard warrior has a reason to worship them, and mages get more endurance for running away! Base stats, armor, crit, carry weight, these are all general bonuses that basically everyone can use effectively instead of pigeon holing characters into a particular deity.
I tried to group the bonuses for specific character types - Nocturnal for thieves for example. As a spellsword myself, I felt I could worship Arkay to boost my physical stats while I focused on magic attributes, or worship Julianos to boost magic while I focus on physical. To be honest, I didn't really think about the more varied character types. Trying not to overpower a character is always a hassle but I feel that's balanced with the time involved to reach the highest blessing available. But still, I do consider this a work in progress and will take your comments into account - perhaps a 'lighter' version for the more stoic players. I will wait and see if I get any more feedback before I redo the mod, any suggestions on attribute/bonus combinations would be welcomed. Thanks for the feedback
ZENITHAR is specifically NOT a warrior spirit, but rather, all about LABOR (carrying things is labor). Works great for laden-down smiths.
KYNARETH is all abt the winds, and movement.Stam + Stam + move rate: WIN.
AKATOSH is large and in charge. Nothing says "BY THIS AXE I RULE!" like a bleeding great big 2-hander. His buffs seem to war vs each otehr but would allow good balance. Cast, then 2h IN battle w/good speed, then after fast regen stop and cast buffs again.
Additionally:
DIBELLA. . .Flame atronach seems out of her portfolio.Maybe a Calm area effect? Perhaps a control (make into ally) effect?
Edit: Akatosh *is*, in lore, also abt speed, as well as power, but mainly power. You already had attk speed and magicka regen for him, but not the "sovereignty" angle. This is why I suggested giving him the 2H, and Kynareth the speed bonus.
If Aka retained the speed bonus, maybe Kynareth would be suited by a weather power (Clear Skies?) or summon a (lesser) Atronach, possibly a weak version of a Storm atro created specifically for the mod.
I occasionally like the way I think as well. When I can figure it out, that is. All very confusing to follow, really.
BTW, if Aka kept speed, perhaps Kyna, Goddess of flying (sort of), could get some sort of ability to have an increased clearance of obstacles, like the way horses seem to have better jump abilities than characters? Never understood how it worked, but riding seems to allow the character access to areas not traversable when afoot. NO clue how that could be made to work, as I d/n see the difference 'twixt char and horse movement limits in CK (EDIT: unless it is just based upon speed, but I d/n think that it is). But then, I'm a lazy sort.

I can't see how the horses have better mobility either. But with the Kynareth/speed thing in mind - her ultimate blessing now grants a spell that gives a short burst of super-speed and the ability to walk on water. And I gave you a mention in the read-me file :p

Hmm. . . Water walking. . . She IS goddess to sailors. .Water walking would sure be handy if they got tipped overboard ("Quck Sven . . PRAY HARD!" Sven prays and starts water walking. . )

I would personally like to see you add Daedric shrines/blessings with similar, growing effects and some growing de-buffs as well. For instance, Mehrunes Dagon, Lord of Destruction, could grant an increase to 1h and 2h and destruction spells, but hurt health regen. I honestly feel this was a mistake to leave out of vanilla skyrim (daedric shrines, that is) because, well... it's all over the lore! Daedra worshipers are so involved in the quests, you get to do quests FOR the daedra, but you don't even get to worship them! I really feel cheated in that respect! Also, what Cliven said!
This is EXTREMELY overpowered. Excepted small bonuses, like shrine giving 200 % of its normal effect at full "devotion", but this is ridiculous, giving you +150 stats and some very OP passives for free. I really hope this mod will uninstall nicely with NMM. Not recommended.
I'm a big fan of this mod. All the blessings seem well planned out and balanced. The blessings for the Divines are flawless, and I wouldn't change a thing about any of them.
But I've gotta say, the blessing for Nocturnal seems sort of... lackluster. The sneak boost is all well and good, but the second ability being pickpocket seems rather inappropriate to me. I would have made it boost lockpicking personally. And the final spell almost feels like an afterthought. To me, the final blessing should mirror her artifact, in that it allows one to unlock the potential within themself. I'd have made it a togglable spell that, at the cost of 50% of your health and stamina, all Thief style skills (Stealth, Lockpicking, Pickpocket, Alchemy, Light Armor, and Archery) are boosted by 10-15 points. Sneak and Lockpicking/Pickpocket could be nerfed slightly here, so as not to make them too powerful when combined with the blessing's existing boosts.
Any idea what would cause this to show in the papyrus log? This just a few lines, but I get quite a lot of these lines in my log.

Hi, thanks for the report. If you're using version 1.1 - I have uploaded an updated script, extract it, place it in your Data/Scripts folder and overwrite when prompted. It should fix that problem. If not - I can only recommend reinstalling the mod. Please keep me informed if you still have this issue.
I don't know if it's outside your ability as a modder, but making a quest that activates when you receive a blessing, then runs out over time and updates at 6hrs, 2hrs, and 1hr remaining. Or a notification at timed intervals. Some way to know and remind you that you have a blessing active, 'cause in most hours of playing I don't check the active effects menu.
Also, the expansion to the Daedra (Azura, Mephala, and Boethia) would be much appreciated.
awsome idea but i would probably forget about the effect it would be awsome if there were notifications that the blessing will disapear soon. but it must be a lore friendly notification. or u could make side effects for not going back to the shrine and pray.

Maybe move a few things around:
Fortify Carry Weight to ZENITHAR.
Fortify Move Speed to KYNARETH.
Fortify 2H to AKATOSH.
Reasons:
